Omelette Wrap with Asparagus, Babybel & Rosemary

Ingredients
2 eggs
7 green asparagus tips
1 Mini Babybel cheese
1 whole wheat tortilla or wrap
Fresh rosemary flowers (optional, rosemary leaves is more than fine)
Olive oil, salt, pepper
Instructions
Steam or sauté the asparagus until tender.
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper, and start cooking a thin omelette in olive oil.
Add asparagus and a sliced Mini Babybel, cover the pan and keep cooking it at low temperature (so the cheese will melt).
Place the omelette on a warmed tortilla.
Add rosemary flowers or leaves.
Roll or fold, and serve warm.
