Jumbo Pasta Shells with Beef & Asparagus

Ingredients
10 jumbo pasta shells
200 g minced beef
6–8 green asparagus
20 ml light cream
Olive oil, salt, pepper
Instructions
Cook the pasta shells in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a pan, sauté the minced beef in olive oil until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Lightly steam or blanch the asparagus, cut and reserve the tips.
Blend the stalks with cream (10 to 20cl, depending on the size of your asparagus) to make a smooth asparagus sauce.
Fill the shells with beef and asparagus tips.
Cover the shells with the asparagus sauce and cheese, then gratinate in the oven for 5 minutes.
Serve the stuffed shells on a base of asparagus cream.
